Banana & Almond Butter Smoothie (works even better with PB): 1 chopped frozen banana, 2 tbsp AB or PB, 1 - 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk, cinnamon. I also added 2 tbsp egg white protein (to stay full!) and 2 tbsp collagen (for my achy knees). Total protein is around 27 g 👍
